1. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide our logistics aggregator services:
- Account information: Name, mobile number, email, GST number, company name
- Shipment information: Sender and consignee details, package details, contents description
- Payment information: Wallet transactions, Razorpay payment records (we do not store card details)
- Usage information: Pages visited, shipments booked, login activity
We never store your credit/debit card numbers. All payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To process and fulfill your shipment bookings
- To send tracking updates via WhatsApp, SMS and email
- To manage your wallet balance and COD remittances
- To generate GST invoices and C-Notes
- To assign pickup vendors and coordinate logistics
- To resolve disputes and escalations
- To improve our platform and services
3. Information Sharing
We share your information only as necessary to provide our services:
- Carrier Partners (Delhivery, XpressBees, DTDC, etc.) — to book and track shipments
- Pickup Vendors — name, mobile, pickup address to complete pickup
- Razorpay — for payment processing
- WATI / WhatsApp Business API — for notifications
We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Security
- All data transmitted via HTTPS (SSL/TLS encryption)
- Passwords stored as bcrypt hashes — never in plain text
- Database access restricted with prepared statements (SQL injection protection)
- Uploaded documents stored securely with random filenames
- Session tokens expire after 7 days of inactivity
5. Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction: Update incorrect information via your profile
- Deletion: Request account deletion (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Portability: Download your shipment data as CSV from your dashboard

6. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential session cookies for login functionality. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. Google Analytics may be used for page-level analytics (anonymized).
7. Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while account is active + 3 years after closure
- Shipment records: 7 years (GST compliance requirement)
- Payment records: 7 years (financial compliance)
- Uploaded documents: 1 year after shipment completion
