Go to logisticswala.com/track and enter your LW# or carrier AWB number. You can also track via WhatsApp by sending your LW# to our support number.
When will my COD be remitted? โพ
COD is remitted to your Logisticswala wallet within 1-3 business days after delivery confirmation from the carrier. From wallet, you can transfer to bank anytime.
How do I add money to my wallet? โพ
Go to Dashboard โ Wallet โ Add Money. We accept UPI, cards, and net banking via Razorpay. Minimum top-up is โน100.
My shipment shows delivered but not received. What to do? โพ
Raise an escalation from your Dashboard โ Escalations โ Raise New Complaint, or contact us on WhatsApp immediately. We will investigate with the carrier within 24 hours.
How do I become a pickup vendor? โพ
Go to logisticswala.com/pages/vendor-login and click "Register as Vendor". Our team will verify your documents and onboard you within 48 hours. Earn โน15+ per pickup.
Do you provide GST invoices? โพ
Yes! GST-compliant invoices are auto-generated for every shipment. Download from Dashboard โ Invoices. For B2B clients, consolidated weekly/monthly invoices are available.
